Did your appearance judge you?

According to “yes123”s’ survey, there’s some Face Validity in interview process. 69.9% enterprises acknowledged that they select employees by their appearances. Some people said the first impression is very important when you confronting your associates. For example, when you visit a company ,the noble hall would convince you that’s a good institute. The fancy style would be associated with wealth and well-organized working.

On the other hand, these feelings must stand the test of time. When we walk close to this building, it would be another story. You might see the dust on the window, the wall is made by wood not concrete. The vacancy are impatient while they received you. The appearance was better than it is.

So let’s get back to the topic. Though appearance would cause an effect instantaneously, yet the inner competency effect upon the later. In conclusion I’d like to say that one’s appearance judged a him/her at the first time, but the character is important in a long-term relationship.
